\n\u00e8 possibile inserire, oltre ai pi\u00f9 comuni dati anagrafici, la qualifica del dipendente, i giorni lavorativi nonch\u00e9 il numero di ore lavorabili dal dipendente (questi dati saranno poi utili per l\u2019inserimento delle ore lavorate).<\/p>\n
\n\u00e8 possibile creare le varie tipologie orarie che possono essere di presenza (ordinarie o straordinarie) o assenza. Per il passaggio in contabilit\u00e0 analitica \u00e8 possibile associare alla tipologia oraria un conto analitico. E\u2019 indispensabile impostare a default una sola tipologia oraria.<\/p>\n
\n\u00e8 possibile inserire, per qualifica selezionata e tipologia oraria, il relativo costo orario nonch\u00e9 modificare il numero di conto contabile associato alla tipologia oraria per l\u2019eventuale passaggio in analitica.<\/p>\n
\nil pulsante “Riscrivi i default” aiuta l\u2019utente nella gestione della giornaliera inserendo automaticamente le ore che il dipendente dovrebbe lavorare andando a prendere l\u2019informazione dall\u2019anagrafica del dipendente. Riporta eventuali scostamenti e permette inoltre di associare al dipendente le ore di assenza.<\/p>\n
\n\u00e8 possibile associare il totale ore lavorate, dal dipendente per quel mese, alle singole commesse dividendole per le tipologie orarie. Viene verificato lo scostamento con le ore effettivamente lavorate.<\/p>\n
